i should call it missing instead. i have been away from the internet for a while. No time to turn the pc on…for entertainment purposes. have been busy doing assignment, going to work and coming home at midnight, talking to boyfriend, catching up with more reading etc etc.

no time to even meet my friends. sianz.

highlights…

malaysia

spent last last weekend there. had a grand wedding to attend to. not mine. some of my friends thought it was. Hah. sorry to disappoint. It was a family affair. i had to meet members of my family that i hadn’t seen for ages. I realise, my cousins have all grown up, and no one recognised me.

is that a good thing honestly? maybe yes and maybe no. They are after all my only relatives and the blood ties could be the most important reason for me to keep relations going. But then again, its quite a pain in the ass tring to relate to people you see rarely. Conversations rarely go beyond, " how are you?" and " what are you doing now?". Or maybe its just me. Yeah. Maybe.

school

has neem interesting. monica is taking us for this new module and it has been rather tough. But i’m coping, taking it one step at a time. The results for my previous module came out pretty alright. Hopefully i don’t screw the essay or filing . Need to be consistent and try my best. all in all, i’m enjoying school. Its away from the everyday activities, and i get to see new faces.

work

there’s nothing much to say about work, except that we have new people on the team and its becoming slightly challenging. good luck to all of us.

the boyfriend

is still by far one of the best things that has ever happened to me. can’t wait to see him in a week’s time!

i’m bracing myself for this week. I’m going to be very tired and lethargic and grumpy. It’s going to be busy as helllll. And quite guilty to have not met up with sonia for ages.

its already april 4th. time flies so quickly, i’m already into the third module in school. Two exams almost done, 7 more units to go.

yesterday

was a blast. i have never in my life seen a strongman challenge so yesterday was the perfect time to catch it all. Initially, i was a bit lonely, cos i went alone, but what the hell, i ended up having more fun than anything. Thankfully, Syam was there, so we sat together and cheered for the big boy. Miss Walker was there too, doing rovings. She finally met my bf, haha. All three of us girls, just sitting together, bitching about things and off course, cheering the guys on.

then syam left, and mark came down after so i pretty much had some company. Suzanne left too, and after the whole competition was done, i found danlin, nina and leeron! And fiq’s aunties. And his students. Took pictures etc etc. I was surprised. didn’t think that he would have gotten third place, but he did. danlin thought it was great!!!

later

me and fiq got into a cab. went back to his place and gorged on laksa. we were planning to el-shiekh but he had to teach on sunday morning, i had to work at 9 am and we were just very tired. must be all the excitement earlier in the day. but must go el-sheikh sometime soon. keidi? sonia? juan? anyone?

today

was late for work. so much for promising shahi hat i’ll be in at 9. i reached half an hour later.

work was alright. busy as hell but ok. and i found fiq’s picture in the papers looking all scary! hehehehe. wish they had taken one with his students.

tomorrow

work at 11. then run off to class at 6. i’m quite excited. we’re doing the third and mosty difficult module, and i’ll be away for most weekends this month. what a challenge. oh did i mention that my pracical section of the exam was last week? phew.
